Cristom Vineyards is hiring a Manager of Guest Experiences & Events to help shape how people connect with our hillsides, our wines, and our story.

If you love sharing good wine, honest hospitality, and curating memorable experiences—this is for you.

What you’ll do:
• Lead thoughtful tastings that reflect our land and ethos
• Host warm, engaging events
• Build lasting relationships with guests and community
• Collaborate across our team to keep everything flowing

You are:
• Experienced in wine or hospitality
• A natural host who makes people feel seen
• Comfortable working weekends and evenings
• Curious and tech-friendly (CRM/POS tools)

We’re a small, family-owned company, united in our drive to create and share authentic wines. If that sounds like your kind of place, let’s talk.
